What is the best grip to use?

There are three basic grips used for golf, the Two Handed Grip (Baseball Grip), the Overlap Grip and the Interlock Grip. I find that the Two Handed Grip is best for juniors and ladies as it helps to support the club much better than the other grips, particularly at the top of the swing. The Overlap Grip is my preferance as it allows the left hand to support the club fully for the stronger player and it positions the right hand under the club at the top of the swing giving more control which helps to release the club correctly on the downswing. I really dislike the Interlocking Grip as most players put too much emphasis on the locking fingers which prevents the club from setting into the right hand correctly and restricts the club from releasing through impact usually causing a block cut (severe slice).
